I had a regulator in use with the same part number (F273767) which I had purchased in 2012 from Tractor Supply. It was listed as a high-flow regulator (200,000 btu capacity) but this one I received is only specified to 140,000 btu, despite having the same part number. It's also physically smaller than my existing F273767. so, apparently Mr. Heater is just using the same part number on a variety of different regulators (bizzarre.) Anyway, in my standby generator application, flow capacity matters. Just very happy that it's so easy to return things to Ebay!
