The best price I could find at $57.00 is better than a new header at $230.00 and also less work. Combined with a rebuilt 600 cfm Holley carb it really gave my 1976 F-150 460 cfm more punch. The only complaint is that the PCV connector is on the front of the adapter, all Ford PCV piping I've seen goes to the rear of the engine. Luckily Holley had its own PCV port on the back which still required a small modification to the PCV steel pipe to access, but it was better than trying to access the front of the adapter. Simply use the included plug to cover the adapter port.
