Always conscious, with a hernia in my stomach, with my big belly I had to wear a shirt for 2 weeks when my family took me to Hawaii. I do not want to go. At least not to the beach. Not only do they fit great, they also look cool. The complete other side of the spectrum that I wanted to rock. This is a nice thin stretchy material with a strong zipper, SUPER comfortable to wear. Don't miss out on summer fun because you're not so proud of your body. Get one of these and you'll look great! I'm 5ft 10", 280lbs (mostly stomach) and they fit great
