I would give ZERO stars but it's not an option. After trying multiple times to activate this device on my account, I took the device to a Verizon store. You could find that the previous owner's account details are BLOCKED in the device; Therefore, this device cannot be activated until the information is deleted. Only the original owner has credentials. So yes, I wasted $30
