Great Tool For Personalizing Content Based On User Behavior
This tool has helped us get our customers better insights about their visitors as well help them increase conversions through personalization, which ultimately leads towards increased ROI for these companies! The support team at z-inpout have been very helpful in understanding my doubts related with this platform or any other queries that I may be having regarding its functioning/ features etc., They are extremely knowledgeable & responsive when it comes to customer care aspect of tools like ours (Z Input).
1) No major issues so far but there were some minor glitches while using live chat feature2.) Their Support Team does not provide timely response3.) Lack luster UI4.). In case you want more than basic analytics only then go ahead otherwise sticked wth Google Analytics5). If your looking out just simply tracking user behaviour without getting into deeper analysis - definitely do NOT use Live.
