Update: The seller contacted me and sent me replacement cables. I am aware that products may have a defect that is beyond the seller's control and this seller contacted me and fixed it. Customer service is very important to me, no matter the product. So I'm changing from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you Denis, you deserve 5 stars. I bought this cable for my office phone and received it on 3/12/20 and today is 3/17/20 and the cable is gone. I don't work on weekends now, so mostly after 2 1/2 days of use. I will not buy it again nor recommend it, but again, that's just my opinion.
