Review on Leviton 40681 W Connector Decora Insert by Rick Ross
Not compatible with Leviton Renu adapter
Unlike the keystone socket decora inserts also made by Leviton, this coaxial insert has a raised design to which bezel covers, including the Renu adapter ring, can be attached. You can see them in the product image, above and below the holes you use to attach the insert to the socket with screws. Because they do not flush mount like most other Decora inserts, the Renu adapter ring will not attach properly to it and you will not be able to use the Leviton Renu wall panels with this insert. This appears to be an accident as both devices are made by the same company.
