I'm 5'8, 145 lbs. I was a bit nervous reading the reviews, the material will be too thin but you won't see anything through it. Made from material that will show any lumps/rolls but the polka dots and ruffles at the wraparound waist help hide them. So I will pay attention to what patterns or solid colors you buy. I'm a large size and I definitely wouldn't go down, maybe a size up. Although I'm happy with the fit. The polka dots are bigger than the picture. Wear it to work etc. but it will look cute with some chunky heels and nice jewelry if you want to wear them. In general I am satisfied with the purchase.
