. I use this card with a Sabrent 4 2TB card in my 2019 Mac Pro. When formatted separately as APFS for each drive, the Read speed almost 3 GB. /s to disk. And the speed is 5 GB/s with Apple RAID 0. When I ran the parallel data reading utility, the clipped read speed on four separately formatted SSDs was about 11.6 GB/s. However, it requires a special workflow to reach the maximum hardware speed. The card is high quality. But I have a suggestion: make the heatsink longer to fully utilize the PCIe space, which can improve cooling if you keep using the hardware's maximum transfer rate.
