Review on 🚀 FATTYDOVE 240GB SSD Drive: High Performance SATA III 6 Gb/s Internal Solid State Drive for 4K Video Game/PC with SATA 3.0 Cable by Paul Dobson

I bought 8 of these drives for a RAID setup and I have to say I'm happy with them. All of them initialize quickly and have decent read/write speeds. I opened one and saw. Nanya 4GB cache chip Silicon Motion SM2258 controller Re-silkscreen "VS29F04TEME1" 3D NAND, the same as used in other Chinese manufacturers' TCSunBow drives. If you are a depot you will most likely see an OEM (and mess up the chip too). OCZ did this a few times for their chips, but they promoted one brand and gave another; not good, but for an unknown NAND chip I don't see a problem. I'm assuming it's from Micron or Intel, so decent stuff. The internal soldering is not very good, but there were no obvious shorts. Overall, a great SSD for non-essential storage.
