Loud loud loud. The app works but not with Alexa. And the car is as loud as my 18,000 BTU air conditioner from 20 years ago. I can recommend LG to you. Turns out the old 18k btu Friedrich I had worked great but just ran out of power, there were LG parts in there. I thought it would be a good buy but there may be cheaper options that work just as well and won't keep you up at night. Update: 09/08/2021: About three months after purchase, the remote control does not work. and the app control still doesn't work. I have to manually get out of bed and walk over to change the temperature or fan speed. Really disappointing that the Frideric AC is such rubbish. I would recommend buying GE or LG. They don't make them like Frederick used to do anymore.
