First of all, if you want to use this scanner in your business or corporate environment, just don't do it. If you intend to use it more than 12 times a year, this is NOT the scanner for you! We have 2 of these that are used in a corporate environment and both are terrible devices. It's a poorly designed, poorly programmed piece of consumer junk. It's so slow at times that you have to wait 15-20 seconds for the display to respond to touch input, some of its settings are cleared on restart, and as an added bonus, it freezes at least once a week. Like a bad traffic jam that needs tools and a lot of time to fix. And the icing on the cake? I have seen companies with bad customer service or support, this company has no customer service or support. I'm tired of calling this number and their clunky phone system just freezes because it can't find my account. Relax. Stop this garbage.
