omg i love this ruler! I have been quilting for many years and have purchased many lines. They all slide across the fabric so you can buy lots of extra products to help them grip the fabric to facilitate more precise cutting. I hated each of these products and removed them immediately. I originally bought this line because of its size. I regularly cut 8 inch strips of fabric and wanted to be able to line up the edge of the fabric and pull it through the cutting process. I wasn't expecting much from the claim that this is an "exciting" line, but oh I was surprised. It moves easily, but when you're ready to make the cut, it stays exactly where you want it with minimal pressure. What a great additional benefit! Also, it has very clear 1/8" markings, which is great for those precise blocks. I love love love this line. Worth every penny!
