Terrible product, stopped working after 2 uses.
I bought this player for my daughter to use on long trips. It worked great when we used it on the first two trips. However, after a month it stopped working completely. Although the charger is connected and the charging indicator is lit, this indicates that the battery is low. I tried another charger I had but still the same problem. Any DVD that was inserted wouldn't play, it just kept spinning, then the screen went black, but it stayed on. The remote control didn't work either. I tried 3 sets of new batteries but they still didn't work. In short, it's a piece of junk. Unfortunately, it stopped working a week after the return period had expired.
