We used to struggle between building our own solution or leveraging third party tooling that would be costly in terms of license fees. With Datarati we were able to build all those components which required very few resources but with high functionality end results at an affordable cost! The best part about it for me personally has been their customer support - responsive, helpful, quick resolution time without any delays whatsoever. I wish there could have more flexibility as far as using certain tools within different stages of implementation (i.e., demo stage vs production use). There isn't much room for customization since everything comes from one source so you get what they give you straight out of the box. If your looking into solving similar problems like ours then definitely check them out before going ahead with other vendors who claim similar features. Our organization needed software solutions geared towards B2C customers' journey management along with data collection requirements.
