From the early 1990's up until now I have only used HP monitors and have been very happy with their performance; This is my first time using an LG monitor. I have used almost 10 HP monitors and none of them have broken. When I received the box of this monitor from LG I had a good feeling that it was going to be a good monitor. However, when I started to set up the monitor, I ran into a few issues which were resolved by Revain tech support and LG tech support. All I can say is that I couldn't be happier to have purchased this LG monitor through Revain. This monitor is just perfect and I thank Revain for working with me and helping me buy the right monitor. I hope the monitor will serve me as well as the HP monitor has in the past; However, I also bought the Asurion protection package for four years, which is only $11 per year. and i thought it was worth it. With the service I receive from Revain, I wonder why people would go and buy anything else. Even with large items like 34" or 35" monitors, Revain's work, including support, has been outstanding.
