The best thing about eMarketeer is the flexibility. It's a system that is very intuitive and I feel like I could learn it in a day or two. I really enjoyed the way it fit into my marketing campaign. The support is also top notch. I've met one of the support team members and she was very helpful and friendly. I think the biggest issue I have is that it's not as intuitive as I'd like. It's a very powerful tool, but it's not going to be as intuitive to use for someone who is not familiar with marketing automation. Overall, I'm happy with eMarketeer. I'm using it for a few different campaigns but my main focus is on social media.
