I've spent over an hour on the forums trying to figure out how not to make this a waste of money. I tried moving my photo folder to this disk and halfway through it gave me an error saying it couldn't be completed. I had no idea it was natively formatted for MS-DOS. Now when I look at the hard drive in Finder I see this photos folder but it's grayed out and I can't open it. I can't even erase it. I can't even erase the drive. I can't even transfer other files to the drive even though there are over 800GB left. I've been using hard drives for over a decade and I've never been so frustrated right after I bought them. It cost over $200 so I can't understand the fact that I can't use it and I've spent so much time trying to figure out how to transfer and delete files which I can't do at all. Phew, I'm so annoyed! It shouldn't be that hard! Just wanted to save some photos! Now I can't do anything with it, it's completely useless!
