I suffer from ingrown hairs and as we all know I'm not attractive. I tried several things but they didn't work. I researched with frustration and found this. I'm so happy I bought it. It's enough to really exfoliate, but it won't hurt you. It really disperses the blood and removes dead skin. Since using it I have no more ingrown hairs. Worth every penny. I use it every time I shower even if I don't shave and I think that's the main thing.
