For 50 bucks, they should of done better. The right side looks like they screwed up when making it while the left side looks about right. I didn’t really do any dimensions when putting it on, I tried to use scotch tape to make my borders but the cap folds out when I squeeze it down the middle. And it seems that the width is slightly smaller than the original cap that I had, just leaves the old tape residue. I bought this item along with the rail side caps and they were easier to put on than the tail cap. Just overall it does the job while suffering just a little cosmetic view.
