It didn't look like the picture at all.

The hat is packed in a plastic bag. He was deformed. Although the instructions for the hat said it should be thoroughly steamed or ironed to shape the hat, the organza was sewn around the brim with material facing the center of the hat. Even steaming would not result in the material fitting snugly around the edges as in the picture. In addition, the colors were not the same as in the picture. The body of the hat was dark blue. The organza around the brim was light blue. I was expecting a light blue hat. I sent the hat back.
