Not suitable for thyme at all
The tool is very durable but removing the plastic cap was very difficult and dangerous as the plastic cap was covering the blade and you tear off the cap you risk damaging yourself cut . I bought this tool because I needed it for a lot of thyme, which didn't work at all. I ended up just using my fingers. Even the smallest hole was too big to peel off the thyme. Cleaning was a hassle as you have to be careful with the blade.
