Purchased for use with a brand new Black & Decker BDERO100 random orbit sander. The discs work and are holding up very well. if you can get them to stay on the grinder long enough. About half the discs I've received don't even stay on the grinder, they fly off as soon as I turn them on. Others worked for a while and then lost grip, I tried to push them, drag/twist them back and forth a bit. doesn't seem to help. The hooks on the slider seem pretty heavy to me, and the loops on the back of the pads seem pretty sparse (much smaller than what you'll find on a quality Velcro, for example). It's entirely possible that the grinder is to blame, or just an underlying compatibility issue between my particular grinder and these discs. but I assume it's discs. However, they are cheap and still worth hours of hand sanding, which I avoided. But I will try other brands next time I buy, hoping for better results.
