This printer has been giving me a real headache since the day I bought it two months ago and has been unreliable the entire time. I have a new Apple laptop, live in a 5,000-square-foot studio, and I lose connection to my printer every day. For a while I called Epson every day to fix the connection and get it back on Wi-Fi, but now even that doesn't work - the printer can't connect to the network at all. They then told me the problem was the Wi-Fi network (although I have no issues with other wireless devices in my house) and had me jump through hoops using Comcast to remove one of the two signals on my dual-band router . When it still didn't work (surprise!) every time I call Epson I have to wait first and then go to the support "gatekeeper" who asks me the same questions every time (even though I have an Incident Number, which doesn't seem to matter to expedite support) then this person gives me a NEW Incident Number and directs me to a Mac Specialist who then gives me a NEW Incident Number and promotes me to the High Support Specialist level. every time This whole process takes about 30 minutes just to get through to someone who knows something relevant to my needs, so every day when I call it takes at least 30 minutes before I even get through to anyone who can help me. And I still don't have a working printer and I haven't been offered a replacement yet.
