So I got the speaker but the bluetooth remote and phone jack remote were removed. I called the boss and they sent a replacement within a week free of charge. Now it works like a dream. I wouldn't recommend using max volume as it will distort the sound, but unless you're using your device at full power all the time, 80% volume works great.
