So after some use in this review I have to point out a few things I experienced. For the most part it's light, decent but not great. If you're diving at night, it provides enough light for close-up shots, but isn't good enough for shooting more than 5 feet from the subject. Also noticed that in my particular case after work, say 10 minutes underwater, it just stopped working. There are no leaks, the button is pressed - it simply refuses to light up. Rise above the surface and all is normal. I used 30ft or less as anything deeper is a waste of time given the quality of the light. I've used it to take some close-up shots of smaller fish, coral, and various plants. Since then I've bought much better lighting at a much higher price to get the quality of light I expected. I probably should have started with that, but I was looking for something that easily attaches to GoPro mounts for one-handed use. In general - works partially. And if you just need ambient lighting, this might be for you.
