Nintendo support has informed me that they only guarantee their Joy Con controllers for 90 days for $70 and that I can get $10 can pay for postage to mail it can pay $30 to fix it. Instead, I bought this replacement analog stick with the tools I need for only $12.99 and used the iFixit guide to fix my own controller in about 20 minutes. Admittedly, it can be difficult if you're not technically savvy, even with a guide. You might want to know if anyone you know would mind replacing it if you don't want to accidentally pull out a cord or wire. So I wouldn't give 5 stars for ease of installation, but that's not the fault of the item itself. This is the nature of the repair. The controller works great now! I am SUPER happy with this purchase!
