Works great and is a little more solidly built than the plastic originals that came with my unit. In fact, the hole labels for my device were reversed (so I ended up using "SAS" holes for the SATA drive backplane), so be careful you use the correct one or your drive will not connect to the backplane ! I used one of the existing container trays to confirm the position of the drives before inserting, everything else went smoothly.
