I don't even know where to start! The description states that this product has been updated with the latest Android software, which is completely inaccurate! Manuel claims it's 8.1 but your description on Revain says 10.0! However, the bottom of the unit, where the AC controls are located, doesn't even get stuck! There are houses out there that are misplaced where the bottom doesn't snap onto the clip that holds underneath the device! There is no way around it and I want my money back! Also, there isn't even a screen sharing app here, not to mention completely inconsistent with the brand! I don't see any Lexxon logos anywhere! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied! Don't waste your money! If possible, please contact me for a refund.
