OVERVIEW: ******Motoactv is a great device that cannot be recommended just because Google has decided to stop supporting this device and the current version of it fully dependent on the site is a beta (or alpha) class that doesn't have the strong, aggressive feature development that would make the watch a winner. Wait for Garmin to offer a similar product. DETAILS****** Like most things made in high-tech industries, Motoactv is a product that came out a bit earlier and most consumers expected the product line to be continuously improved. However, it looks like Google has given up on major updates to Motoactv and so the watch is on the brink of death. For those who want to live at the limit, this device could come very close to the perfect device, but the lack of a full Google recall is very disappointing considering the device is in active slowdown mode. GOOD *** ***** - The only integrated solution that allows you to have a Wi-Fi enabled workout monitor with music, running, golf and other activities in one. Ball when you're ready to mark each hit with the press of a button. -Active developer community at XDA DevelopersTHE BAD******* -Clocks are very volatile. Sometimes no data is synced. The best way to combine these two options is to export the data to Garmin using the converter on the lonestarprod site which can be found with the term Motoactv to open the converter. The great thing is that it gives you the true distance traveled under the golf course.
