bought in June 2022 For a long time I chose a laptop (I was still in mind del xps 13) for work (programming). Chose - no regrets. Very user friendly operating system. Beautiful ui + features of unix systems. The keyboard and trackpad, along with shortcuts / gestures, make the work much easier. It is convenient to work without a mouse. The sound is excellent. Screen too. Lightweight - can be thrown into a backpack. For a long journey, charging will add extra weight (about 200g). It charges in an hour and a half, which is very, very cool. There are downsides, of course: 1) known issue - wifi conflicts with usb 3.0 devices. This means that when you connect an external drive or adapters for monitors, the Internet will most likely fall off. You can, of course, choose accessories more carefully. For example, do not use usb - type-c adapters. Or somehow shield the part of the cable adjacent to the laptop (foil, for example. We make hats :)) 2) an unpleasant problem, but marriage. The new keyboard is excellent (albeit a little noisy), but it often has defects (you can search for incidents on the Internet. Relevant for the 2022 version as well). Like my laptop: when heated due to high loads, some keys begin to make an unpleasant clicking sound, which disappears after the device cools down. I had to give it to the SC under warranty. In general, a wonderful device, but given that the problem with wifi has been known for a long time (there is a 2022 intel study "USB 3.0 * Radio Frequency Interference on 2.4 GHz Devices"), and they continue to place the antenna close to the usb port and the fact that they ran into on marriage - I put an average rating. For such a company, this is unforgivable, I think.
