The ability to create custom reports, including an option to export into Excel or CSV files.The price point makes this tool very accessible; however, it does not have any integrations (yet). I would like to see more customization options in terms of creating different types of report templates. Also, there are some features which could be improved such as the layout/design of the dashboard itself. We've been able to pull data from our existing ecommerce platform and then filter out only specific products within each category. This has allowed us to easily identify where we need improvement and also allows us to track trends over time so we can make informed decisions about future development.
