I had a lot of faith in RockSeed, but after using their online store, I can honestly say that I no longer have any positive feelings toward them. Although the company's website may have a polished and expert appearance, the company's products and customer service are anything but. The equipment and materials that were sent to me were subpar, and the customer service team was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns about the quality of the items. The fact that RockSeed does not pay attention to the smallest of details and does not care about whether or not its customers are happy sets it apart from its rivals. Look elsewhere for a dependable partner to help you with your do-it-yourself projects to spare yourself the stress.
