The sleeves are cut for Popeye.

I'm a 5'11" male and weigh 170 pounds. Very average build - I don't have bulging bicep sleeves. I ordered this set a size medium. The pants in this set are just great The shirt runs true to size in both length and width. But the sleeves are fun. If you have big puffy wrists and small girls shoulders, this will fit you like a glove. You may think I'm exaggerating or that the material is different for your comfort stretches. That's what I thought when I read the reviews. Don't say I didn't warn you.
