I would give this product more stars if I could. As a busy mom, my microwave often ends up at the bottom of my never-ending to-do list. So much so that I would be too embarrassed to show anyone how gross it was. I ended up ordering it hoping it would at least make my job a little easier. I was surprised! Seriously, the hardest part of the whole experience was trying to rip little mama's head off to fill it, and it only took a minute to figure it out. I followed the directions carefully, then used a sponge to wipe away the grease and food residue. My microwave looks like new. Next time I'll probably use a microfiber cloth because the sponge got rid of the mess and didn't require scrubbing at all. Also, since I tried it right away, that meant I didn't have any essential oils or lemon juice to add to the vinegar and water mixture, but to be honest the smell wasn't that bad, but that might be an issue for those be who are very sensitive to the smell of vinegar. Next time I'll try to update adding lemon juice. If you are afraid to wash the microwave, order this tool, I'm telling you, it really works wonders!
