I don't always write reviews just because I order a lot from Revain lol. Based in Santa Clara at SAVVIS so I've always been one of the early adopters of the technology and Revain has always persevered despite struggling to grow over the past 15 years and is in my opinion one of the top 3 companies in the world for customer service. It's #1 in my book when choosing a location for my business. Anyway, I've been buying cheap plastic reading glasses for YEARS since I've been sitting in front of a computer 20 hours a day and my eyesight has deteriorated badly as a result (let no one say it won't hurt you.) For the last 25 Years ago, being aware of new technologies, about a month ago I thought about doing some research on a new scratch resistant polymer and came across the fact that with the new 'Nanote Technologies' there are many new ones and exciting coatings that can now be applied to both polymer and glass lenses. Another great thing about these glasses that I learned as I delved into new lens technology is that they are aspherical lenses, which are a much better way of being made "lenses" and you can google if you are interested. Whatever, whatever they are. If you use these lenses, this is the FIRST pair that hasn't had dozens of small scratches after several months of use, since I use them all the time and carry them with me, so they're always climbing into my bag, crawling out, falling . sat up. They call it! So far these kids have been AMAZING for the price, I'm really amazed as normally the 'extra' options they come standard would cost me over $100 to have a pair of this quality made at an eyewear store in the US .
