On the other hand, it worked fine for a while after we figured out how to wind up plastic wrap on a press (don't even bother without plastic wrap, it sticks and won't flatten out very much). Unfortunately, the pen broke after a few uses, making it practically unusable now. I expected better from Victoria but I'll email them to see if they fix this and update when I get a response. Update: Customer service was VERY responsive and sent a replacement hand straight away. Unfortunately part of the current lever got stuck in the press so they sent me a new press. Very satisfied with the customer service, now we hope for better results with the new product.
