Technical Support - 5 Stars I received several face to face calls and received a lot of help before and after the purchase. I have a big house and a more complex system than most. In addition to the two valves, I needed two extensions and two bushings. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the app's UI isn't great and I'm comparing it to my previous system that doesn't work anymore. Since I have two valves I needed 2 hubs which I didn't need on my previous system. Since I needed 2 hubs, I had to set up 2 login email addresses. Again, this wasn't something I had to do on my previous system where I had one entry for the whole house. Extenders aren't listed in the app so when adding them you can only assume they're connected to your system unless you call tech support who can tell you if they're online and what account they're on are connected. It would be nice if there was an option in the app to show you everything you've added and see all your hardware under one login. If you have a small house and just need a valve and no extensions, none of this is a problem for you.
