TIME GOES ON! I have been using a store bought product (best mascara) from Neiman Marcus/Sephora etc for many years and could immediately tell it was dry. I checked the batch number on the YSL website and it has been 2 weeks since it was thrown away (there are 1 and 9 month deadlines for this product). This happened in 9/2018! Of course I'll send it back as soon as possible. I hate it when companies cheat customers. If it was a mistake, fine, but good companies don't often make mistakes like this. I will wait and see. Don't forget to SEARCH FOR THE PARTY CODE! *** I bought this product confident that it will be fresh. That was 4 weeks ago! I didn't get my money back either. Obviously I have to call to get my money back even though they know it hasn't arrived. I'll call for a refund and then I'll be done. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
