Great meat tenderizer
I first used it on some select grade of New York steaks we had bought on sale. Used the tenderizer tool, made my normal tough meat marinade,and grilled the next day. Wow! This steak had flavor infused into it,instead of surface flavor,and it was very tender as well. A good purchase for those who can't afford prime cuts of beef in today's economy.
