Fun set to build with preschoolers

This was a fun set that I used within a few days. with a kindergarten child. It comes in a reinforced BOX, which is comfortable to the touch and protects fragile parts from damage in transit. The INSTRUCTIONS are pretty clear, although we found putting the Wright Brothers flyer together a bit tricky (notes below). My only complaint is that the Wright Brothers flyer doesn't actually fly. It's more of a model. If you try to fly, it will immediately rise and stop. If you manage to make yours fly, you can glue the stands and cranks as they just snap into place. mine showed up sometimes. Other planes fly great; The Space Shuttle is easy to assemble and you can launch it by throwing it up or launch it with a rubber band and it will fly surprisingly far. Wright Brothers Flyer TIPS: 1. Pre-fold each wing prior to installation. on the frame, otherwise they are difficult to insert. 2. There are four different sizes of cranks, easy to mix: 7 thin cranks and 1 thick crank for the body; 2 rear wing holders; 2 front fender braces (which are almost the same length (and very similar) as the body cranks).
