Great customer service and easy system customisation

I like that we are able to communicate with our clients during working hours, this saves us time as it is more convenient for them than having meetings in their offices or even over email at 3am-ish! There isn't much too dislike about tay burn so far but there could be some improvements made such has improving load times when scrolling through information which currently can take ages/is very slow if your not connected via wifi - also being unable (in my experience)to send images back without waiting 10 minutes before doing anything else would make sense? Our team uses facebook messenger regularly now due its ease of use & accessibility from anywhere 24hrs 7 days per week unlike other platforms where you have limited access throughout certain countries etc., i recommend contacting Taylor Burns by either sending an inquiry asking questions regarding how they work best fit within YOUR business needs then once decided upon get onboarded into one platform OR multiple depending what benefits apply most towards YOURSELF AND TEAM / CLI.
