Review on 🌊 Enhanced Everspring ST812 Flood Detector with Z-Wave Wireless Technology by Aaron Ayo

Very sensitive flood sensor. Even touching two probes will disable the alarm for just a second. I have no doubt that with the right settings it will work fine. Unfortunately, my setup is incorrect. I confirmed this when trying to set up notifications on alarm.com after linking it to a Z-Wave device in my Qolsys panel. In short, this sensor is definitely NOT compatible with the Qolsys panel, period. You can tether it, it will detect water, but it won't really do anything about it. No alarms, no notifications, nothing. The kind folks at alarm.com were also unable to get it to work with my system, despite some impressive efforts. Believe the product description! For those of you who have a Qolsys panel and need a flood sensor, look for part number QS5536-840. I couldn't find it at Revain and had to buy it elsewhere. It's more expensive but works with the Qolsys panel.
