Excellent Exerciser

I enjoy using this mat. I've read of people having problems with mats being shipped rolled up. Maybe because I read about this problem I just rolled it in the opposite direction and taped it in place for a few hours and then put it on the floor of my office where I stood for a while. liked to throw a lot of punches. It really helps my practice. I used to get tendinitis from hitting a 4x6 mat that was placed on the mat. It was soft enough but I could still rest my wrist on the carpet. People have complained that this rug is too small. Others said they would pin it on the board. I love that the mat moves when I hit a hard iron shot. It only moves slightly when it hits a target. When you push yourself off the ground, it moves. This is called a divot. Your hole indicates that you have moved a small amount of soil. In a static checkmate, my hands suffer from the impact when you hit the ball. This won't happen if you thin the ball, but that's not the goal. You want to hit the ball, so hit the mat. When I did it on the carpet - oops - because the carpet was big and I stood on it. If you're used to playing golf on the ground (and you are), then you should be glad that this mat moves when you push off of it. Earth does. Of course, this mat could be thicker, like driving range mats, but then it would be significantly more expensive. And these mats still don't give like the ground. As such, it's a great tool that provides great support and feedback for my practice.
