Overall this bag is very nice. The outer "vegan leather" as they sell it feels VERY comfortable - almost luxurious. It's actually the nicest vegan leather I've ever felt, even though I haven't touched real foam in years. There are two identical zippered pockets at each narrow end of the bag. They are the perfect size for a phone - even my large iPhone with a protective case. But that's all they will resize. There's also a zip pocket inside the bag - it's a bit smaller and fits my phone, but I really had to stuff it in. The strap is long enough to comfortably carry over your shoulder and stay in place. I mean you can fill the whole bag but then you have a problem putting it on your shoulder as the bag itself has to flex for the strap to actually work. Dividers inside as this bag is basically 'drop and go' and I personally like being able to quickly and easily get what I need like house keys, office keys or my wallet or lip balm or my subway plan or whatever. At least there are outside pockets with zippers. But what bothers me the most is the food. For a bag where the outer fabric feels and looks good, the inner lining is very cheap, thin and stiff at the same time. It was a big disappointment as I've been ironing outside for a while. In fact, the lining feels and looks cheap. :( They really need to do something better on the inside to get the quality of this bag where it needs to be - so the inside matches the outside.
