Review on 🚗 Dorman 425-156 Steering Shaft for Chevrolet, Pontiac, and Saturn Models by Charles Purnell

This steering shaft appears to be well made. It actually looks more durable than a genuine GM part and costs less! This steering shaft finally eliminated the steering knock that had plagued my car since it was new. They lubricated the steering shaft for me and even changed it under warranty (more than 10 years ago!), but the knock kept coming. I believe GM redesigned the steering shaft in 2009, but my car was 5 years old at the time and long ago out of warranty. I installed this shaft a few months ago and the steering knock has not returned. This part also made my steering smoother and tighter than before. Overall I am very happy with this part.
