UPDATE: Received a new device the next day. The heating/cooling function is excellent. I only have two complaints: first, it charges via USB-C and it takes a very long time to charge. hoursssss. Second, when using a heated head, the head will vibrate over time. It's pretty heavy, so hopefully you're not massaging your partner's shoulders when you pick it up and their head falls off and hits the back of their head. An early sign of its decline is the disappearance of red or blue light. This means it is disabled and about to fall. Since the heated head is literally the only reason I bought this device and I never intend to swap it out for another device, I coated the shaft with hot glue before connecting it. This fixed it, but it needs some sort of locking mechanism or stronger grip to hold it in place. It would also be nice if the device had more than 3 power levels. The heated head works great and the cooling mode works quite well. good, though not as cool as the heat. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Just got it and was really excited about it... but it doesn't seem to be charging or showing that it's charging. It takes a while to charge and there is no light while charging and I can't turn it on if it's not plugged in. I believe this will prompt a refund. I liked the idea of a heated head so I'll probably try this model again and then update the review. case is good.
