I have owned countless pairs of these boats from multiple manufacturers including Sperry over the years. my whites Shoes like these get muddy and dirty just by looking at them, so I would expect them to be washed and air dried. But 1 wash of this pair in hot water on a gentle cycle caused the canvas upper to shrink and separate from the rubber sole, which was glued around the edges. Beware.
