STURDY BOWL best among serving bowls and tureens

This bowl is perfect for transporting a large salad I took to the BBQ. It is very spacious and can hold a lot of salad. It was easy to mix up my salad in this bowl and the salad didn't fly all over the place. The lid seems to fit well and tightly. I had no trouble removing the lid for shipping. Great bowl for the price. This bowl is great for parties, dinners, BBQs, church events, etc. It's BPA-free. Also, they will send you random shell colors (you can't choose the color). As a result I got a blue shell, exactly the color I wanted!
