I really like this floor cleaner. I mix it with water in a spray bottle, spray onto the floor and use either a damp microfiber mop or a steam cleaner. Leaves no traces or streaks, easily cleans old and greasy dirt. I am hooked now and have no plans to use anything other than this brand. Four months later: I still love this cleanser! As already mentioned, it does not attack the grout on tiled floors. I noticed this gentle quality fairly quickly. Lately I've been using it without adding H2O (thinking it would save some money) and find it works better. I do that very quickly with a slightly damp microfiber mop after direct application and the floor looks like new afterwards! The best part is that there are no stripes! Cuts cleaning time in HALF! And you can't beat it!
